EVENTS RUN AT THE CLUB

Busselton Horse and Pony Club run a number of events in all different disciplines throughout the year.

Not only do our events offer our members a chance to compete, we also rely on them to raise much needed funds for our club.

Our events attract metropolitan, regional and local competitors alike.

Show Jumping Competitions

 

A leading event on the show jumping calendar for many riders is the City of Busselton Winter Jumping Festival

​

This event has continued to grow since it's inception in 2007.

Attracting the states leading riders together with local and regional competitors, competing in two rings over professionally build courses up to 1.40m in height.

​

This event attracts major sponsorship and a large spectator crowd wishing to experience the thrills and spills of show jumping.

​

Two arenas will be running over the weekend of Western Australia Day Long Weekend catering for EWA and Pony Club riders of all levels.

Dressage Competitions

 

Our dressage competitions are for both EA and  PCWA members.

We have a range of competitors from young children through to the most experienced and successful dressage riders in WA compete at our events.

Show Horse Competitions

 

Experience the beauty and glamour of Show Horse in action!

​

Busselton runs RAS Qualifying events, we are affiliated with EWA and SHC and also host official measuring days.

​

We run the competitive rings as well as encouragement rings including leading rein classes..

​

One Day Events & Hicksteads

 

One Day Events - testing riders and their horses over 3 disciplines; dressage, cross country and show jumping.

​

Hicksteads - all the fun of eventing but with only two components needing to be completed.

​
