2026 Dressage Events

Dressage is where great riding begins!

Dressage is all about harmony, balance and clear communication between horse and rider. It’s about learning how to communicate clearly with your horse through balance, rhythm and smooth, accurate movements.

By perfecting flowing movements and simple patterns, riders learn how to guide their horse with confidence, control and improve their position and develop a stronger partnership with their horse.

Whether you’re just starting out or building on your skills, dressage helps improve riding in every discipline and is a great way to grow confidence in the saddle.

Busselton Horse and Pony Club strives to provide top level competition in the South West, providing opportunities for not only our members but other riders within the region to compete locally.

We have numerous lovely grassed arenas where we hold our dressage competitions, inviting local and metropolitan judges to officiate at our events.

We run competitions for EA Competitive and Participant riders as well as Pony Club WA classes with many of our events part of the Pony Club WA Dressage Leaderboard Competition.
